These are three complete MadeForBiz showcase products using fictional brands and sample data. They are intentionally built like client projects—not screenshots—so you can click around and understand what we mean by “custom app.”

A polished cleaning-service customer app with instant estimates, scheduling, service plans, bookings, invoices, messages, saved preferences and a complete account experience.
A premium coaching portal that keeps programs, goals, sessions, resources, journal entries, progress, messages and billing context in one branded client experience.
A full service-business operations workspace with CRM pipeline, jobs, customers, estimates, invoices, tasks, reports, activity and settings—all tied together.
Tell us what keeps breaking, taking too long, or living across too many tools. We decide what the first useful product should actually be.
Booking, requests, estimates, account portals, status tracking, payments and repeat-service experiences.
Programs, resources, progress, appointments, documents, content, communities and private dashboards.
CRMs, job tracking, intake systems, admin dashboards, task workflows, inventory and internal tools.
Forms, approvals, notifications, data routing, follow-up flows and AI-assisted business processes.
Quote builders, estimators, recommendation flows, generators, scoring tools and interactive utilities.
A focused first version of a bigger software idea—built to test real usage before you overinvest.
MadeForBiz sits between off-the-shelf tools you have to adapt to and traditional custom development that can be expensive before you even know what users need.
*For projects we approve under the founding offer. We review scope before taking payment.
Describe the app in normal language: who needs it, what they should be able to do, and what you use today instead.
We decide what belongs in V1, what should wait, and whether the idea fits our founding offer before you pay.
After payment and onboarding, we build the approved workflow, test it, and target a usable first version in about seven days.
Once live, stay with us for hosting, maintenance, support and one active improvement request at a time.
This is only a preview. We still review every application manually.
We keep the entry price low by approving only a focused first version we believe we can ship well. Bigger ideas are reduced to a useful V1 instead of being squeezed into an unrealistic promise.
No. The $100 founding start applies only to ideas we approve after scope review. We accept a focused first version we believe we can ship well; we reduce or decline projects that are too large, risky, regulated or technically dependent on things outside our control.
It means we target a usable V1 after your agreement, payment and complete onboarding are received. The V1 performs the core job we approved in writing. New requirements, client delays and third-party dependencies can extend the timeline.
If you keep MadeForBiz active, the service continues at $25/week for hosting, routine maintenance, support and an ongoing improvement queue with one active request at a time.
No. It means one request can be actively worked on at a time. Large requests can be broken into stages, and major architectural changes, unsupported integrations or materially different products can be separately reviewed.
Yes. Your business content and data remain yours. Our final service agreement will define export/transition options and distinguish your data from MadeForBiz reusable templates, systems and components.
No. They are original MadeForBiz showcase products with fictional brands and sample data. We built them to demonstrate our product quality honestly until we have permission to publish real client case studies.
Explain it like you would explain it to a smart friend. We care more about the problem and workflow than technical vocabulary.
