Information we collect
When you submit an application, onboarding form, support request or become a client, we may collect contact information, business/project information, app requirements, communications, submitted content and billing status.
How we use information
We use information to review applications, scope projects, provide and support services, operate and secure our systems, communicate with you, improve MadeForBiz, process billing through third-party providers, prevent abuse and comply with applicable requirements.
Service providers
MadeForBiz may use hosting, database, authentication, form, email, analytics, payment, software-development, AI and other vendors. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services.
Payment information
Complete payment-card information should be handled by our payment provider. MadeForBiz should not store full card numbers itself.
Client apps and end-user information
Clients are responsible for deciding what their own apps collect from their users and for providing legally required notices and permissions. Projects involving sensitive or regulated information require separate review.
Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, government IDs, full payment-card details, biometric data, passwords or similarly sensitive information through our public application form.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact MadeForBiz to request access, correction or deletion of certain information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
