When you submit an application or become a client, we may collect your contact information, business/project information, app requirements, communications, onboarding content, support requests and billing status.

How we use it

We use information to review applications, provide services, communicate with you, operate and secure our systems, process billing through third-party providers, improve MadeForBiz and comply with applicable requirements.

Service providers

We may use hosting, email, analytics, form, payment, software-development, AI, database and other vendors. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.

Payments

Payment-card information should be handled by our payment provider. MadeForBiz should not store full card numbers itself.

Your app's users

Clients are responsible for determining what information their own app needs to collect and for providing legally required notices and consents to their users. Projects involving sensitive or regulated data require separate review.

Sensitive data

Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, government IDs, complete payment-card details or other highly sensitive information through the general application form.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary for services, records and legal obligations and use reasonable measures appropriate to the service. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
