Working launch draft. Have the client service agreement and public terms reviewed before relying on them commercially.

Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or create a client relationship. MadeForBiz reviews applications before accepting payment.

Founding offer

The advertised $100 starting price applies only to projects MadeForBiz approves for the founding offer. MadeForBiz may decline projects that do not fit the model.

7-day target

The 7-day statement refers to a target for an approved usable first version after payment and receipt of required content/access. It is not an unconditional guarantee for every project.

Recurring service

After the first four weeks, the advertised recurring service is $25/week while the client continues MadeForBiz hosting and service, subject to the signed client agreement.

No result guarantee

MadeForBiz does not guarantee a particular number of users, downloads, leads, revenue, bookings, sales or other business results.

Client agreements control

Paid client projects are governed by the specific service agreement and approved scope provided before payment. If these public terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
